As a North Carolina native, Katlyn Hamm is proud to call the Triad home. Her fun-loving attitude makes any home buying or selling experience an easy and enjoyable one. During her first year in real estate, Katlyn received the award of Rookie of the Year in her office. In addition to her extensive sales experience, she is also relocation certified. Her biggest strength is paying close attention to detail and ensuring her client's real estate needs, as well as their personal needs, are met. She delivers on these skills by her strength in time management, responsiveness and she feels her financial background contributes to her success with negotiations.
